The Heritage & Island Playground

This week we were in HHI again. This is a fun time of year on the Island because there is a PGA Tour event held here called The Heritage. It is basically a big big party for all the locals. Part of this week we stayed at the Leonard's and took care of Delaney, James, Cori, and all the animals. It is quite the zoo at their house. They have 3 dogs, Tripp who is a HUGE brown lab, Buddy who is a Yorkie, and Lily who is part Maltese and shitzu. They also have a very LOUD bird named Cliff that talks a lot, a turtle, a hamster named Romeo, and a cat named Normy that comes and goes as it pleases. I think I got them all. You seemed to really like the bird and loved sticking your hand in his cage. I am just glad he never took a little nibble on your fingers.:) You also had fun chasing Lily and Buddy around, but did not like when Lily would jump on you. Mommy has been taking care of them for a long time, probably since Cori was about 6 and she is now 13. We are practically family, we even fight like brothers and sisters

Throughout the week we spent a lot of time down at the condo on the 18th green that the Leonard's rented for the week. We had a great time there. You enjoyed roaming around in the grass and watching the golf carts go by with the players after they finished playing. You even made lots of people stop and comment on how cute you were. I do have to say you are pretty stinkin cute. You also ate lots of good food that came from the Smokehouse, best barbecue ever!

One of the days this week we went to Island Playground. This is an awesome place and such a neat idea. They have about 5 huge blow up things for kids to play, jump, and slide on. They also have a little toddler area which you enjoyed thoroughly. Your favorite part was getting in and out of the little cars. I also know you already have a passion for sports just like your Daddy and Mommy, because you love balls and know just exactly what to do with them.

Aunt Delaney hanging out in the grass watching some golf. What a cutie pie! She was such a good helper the whole week. Every time we would be in the car and get to where we were going she would start getting you out of your car seat, and when I opened the door she would always say to you, "Aren't I such a good Aunt". It was too cute, and she absolutely loves you!
This is the 18th green of Harbour Town. On Sunday, the last day of the tournament you stayed with BiBi. Mommy got to sit in peace and quite and watch golf and enjoy this wonderful view the Lord made. It was such an awesome final day of golf, and a great end to the tournament.
P.S.- This is where Uncle Guy works as a caddy. What a great job to be able to see this everyday. He is quite a skilled golfer and hopefully he will teach you a skill or two one day. He loves you more than the world itself so I'm sure we could arrange this!:)
You and I hanging out at the condo during the tournament. You look so cute in your hat from Aunt Jenn. It was just perfect for Heritage week. You didn't think it was the greatest thing to wear, so you would share it with Delaney some because she thought it was the best thing ever. Sorry I didn't get to many other pictures but I was kind of busy chasing you and Delaney all over the place!

You were not too sure what to do at first

The next Michael Jordan in the making. You love the basketball hoop. A quick funny story. Every time you see hoops you do a little jump. It has to be the cutest thing ever, because I have no idea where you learned this. You just jump when you see a hoop!

You were having too much fun with the kitchen. Shh don't tell Daddy!

 Another ball!

Lets Go!!

You and Aunt Delaney having a little pow wow! This could mean TROUBLE!

You are just too stinkin cute for words!

 Where are the keys Mom?

Aunt Delaney being such a good helper!
